Shipping & Returns


Please be ensured that we are still providing tracking for all orders so that our customers can track their delivery.

UK Shipping - Due to the introduction of VAT on international purchases please contact us with a list of the products you would like to purchase and we can list them on our Etsy shopfront for you instead.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We cannot however refund any shipping costs or compensate you for the cost to return the goods. All returned goods must have tracking. 

We provide refunds for faulty good or goods destroyed in transit, please ensure that you take photographs of any and all damage to ensure a smoother refund process.

Under no circumstances return a product without first contacting us.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible once we have received the product (generally 1-2 business days). However it can take your bank (or other payment provider) additional time to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

We are not responsible for any custom fee, importing fees for any other additional costs related to you receiving your order.

We will use tracking wherever possible and will inform you of these details once your order has been shipped. International shipping times vary immensely and can be very unreliable, please be patient with your delivery and use your tracking details to find out when your package is due to arrive. As we are based in Australia international shipping is unfortunately both costly and timely so your patience and understanding is appreciated.
